Includes the following:

Two prenatal visits to assist with birth plan, practice comfort measures, discuss concerns etc.
Text/email support throughout pregnancy
On call from 36 weeks until delivery
Unlimited birth support - (includes but is not limited to: Massage, counter-pressure, position changes to encourage labor progression, breathing techniques, assistance with hydrotherapy, educational and emotional support)
Immediate postpartum support including assistance with breastfeeding if desired
One postpartum visit in your home

Birth Planning Session

Perfect for those that are looking for evidence-based information to assist them in creating their birth plan.

This is included in my support packages and also offered on its own for those who decide not to hire a doula for their birth.
